Jason is a young man who suffers from neuro encephalopathy, and who also had a brain tumor when he was a child.  Jason is very involved in his community, particularly in the local Lions Club.  Jason’s dream was to attend a NASCAR event with his family.  Jamie’s Dream Team was able to send Jason and his parents to the Pocono Raceway in June 2007 to see the Pocono 500 race, which was part of the 2007 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.  Jason was able to meet some of the drivers and be a part of a pit crew.  Jason, and his parents, had the time of their lives!  Jason’s father unexpectedly passed away less than 2 months later, so this family trip ended up being even more memorable for Jason.
